This dance class, led by KDC’s Vibe Master Shelli, features sensual dance movement rooted in self-confidence, self-appreciation, and self-love. Movers will embody waves and vibration through whole-body movement and choreography. No previous dance skills required. Sneaker and/or heeled shoes optional.
